In this day of computer technology and the World Wide Web, staying abreast of new ideas and trends in the industry through networking with your colleagues is as simple as a click of the mouse.

As a PPFA^® member, I have set up an e-mail distribution list dedicated exclusively to association members. By "subscribing" to this list, whenever you have an art and framing question, idea or suggestion or even want to get a discussion / debate going about an industry topic, you simply send your comments via e-mail to one location, and your message is forwarded to everyone who has subscribed to the list. Likewise, as a list subscriber, you'll receive any replies to your message, as well as any new messages that your colleagues have sent.

I have also created the "Virtual Chapter Room." The "Chapter Room" includes a searchable archive of over 37,000 past list messages, a classified ads area, the "Trade Show Connection" for making contact with others going to industry shows, an area of things contributed by other list members and the "Virtual Chapter" Directory, a listing of fellow "Virtual Chapter" members.
