This is the place to come when you have a question about using the Online Exchange. On the right under "OLE Help" you will find links to useful information and instructions for using the list.

From here you can also find out what the list status is in case you think that you are not getting messages. You can also check to see what messages have gone out to the list that have not been archived yet. That is especialy helpful for AOL users that sometimes do not get copies of their own messages.

Be sure to take time to review the User Guide. This single document will answer most questions that come up.
