The Online Exchange List Software is configured to decline any messages that it receives that are not in Plain Text format. This makes sure that all list members will be able to read the messages that are sent to the list, and also acts as a protection from messages containing viruses like the Happy99 and VBS/Kak worms from passing through the list. A lot of e-mail programs come configured to send messages using HTML format, so it is necessary to change the settings to send only plain text.
There are different ways to approach this to give you some flexability in your E-mail options. |

Here you will find instructions for changing the E-mail client settings so that all of your messages are sent as plain text only. |
