NEW! You can now perform the UNSUBSCRIBE process by logging in to the "Virtual Chapter Room" and going to "Change Your Account".

If you are concidering unsubscribing because of the volume of messages, you might want to consider changing your settings to the Digest version of the list. That is just one message a day containing the text of all the messages sent to the list since the last Digest was processed. The digest is processed at 11:55 p.m. EST daily.

To make changes in the way that you receive messages from the list, you will need to log in to the Online Exchange web site subscriber area. You will need the username and password that you selected when you subscribed to the list.

Once you have logged in, select "Change Your Account". Then select "Change List Delivery Options". You will then be presented with the range of changes that you can make to your account depending on your current settings. Choose UNSUBSCRIBE.

You will be taken to a page that asks if you are sure that you want to remove your address from the list. If you have more than one address subscribed to the list, make sure that the address shown at the top of the page is the one that you want to remove.

From this point, it is pretty simple. Click Continue and your address will be removed.
